But normally Life coaching is about helping the individual through Guiding him to Move from the state which he is stuck !, to whatever State he desires!  the answer Lies within!

As a mentor on the other Hand, i am allowed to help you  in tiny decisions that will remove your confusion. thus, your inner goals, and purpose will be more clear!

what is Stress Coaching

Stress coaching, allows me to see you as a Whole, as a Person who have been enduring stress for years, months or weeks, and checked with his DR, or Psychiatrist, or psychologist,

either they didn’t’ find a Reason for your Stress, or couldn’t Manage to get you out of it

My roles comes in the following systematic approach, that combines, mind, body, emotions, and nutrition through the following

1-Understanding what stress is

2-Regulate your nutrition

3-Through assessment and questionnaire and Checking your type of thinking/personality, I would know more about you.

4-Two sessions will be locked for you to unleash all your thoughts, “pure discussion”

PS :  i am not someone who will follow u as a psychoanalyst, or psychotherapist and continue just by talk-therapy. My philosophy and protocol have different beliefs and proof ,that stress should not be handled from 1 angle. If you feel that you need to simply talk for endless months ,then psychotherapy is your choice.

5-the rest of the sessions is about applying the modern techniques through coaching and new mind-body science, such NLP, EFT, TIME line therapy, and many others to help you start re wiring your brain for a better psychology

6-Body movement, such as basic stretching focusing on  the critical body-points that helps release the endorphins, and allow restoration of a great body circulation (oxygen, blood)

7-Breathing techniques, which allows you to cleanse, and to take control of your mind, thoughts, and emotions by simply allowing not forcing it!

+Unleashing anger through bio dynamic exercises

8-Body therapies , “Sacro-cranial” and “trigger point” which work in parallel during your healing sessions.

All these, form a program of 8 to 12 session. MAX! and the results are way more than 60-70% on one condition! that exercises, sheets, and any given discipline/necessary advice should be followed and practiced from session to session.

I am not here to make you loose  time, neither mine. but to REAL HEAL.
Through years of experience, and seeing both approach of western and eastern philosophies, i noticed the immense gap in healing the person. YOU are a Human BEING.
you are not only a mind, neither a body, neither an energy or emotions.
You are all of them!! Failing to take these in consideration makes you stuck for years!

The protocol of My approach

1-Consultation :

I will identify your needs whether it’s a goal you’re not capable of achieving, or chronic stress that you are stuck with since years, Or also rise awareness in you, before  symptoms gets out of control.

If your case matches my protocol and you feel conformable

,
A program of 8 session through one month will be designed
A-4 session during 2 week
-evaluation
B-4 sessions During the next 2 weeks
-evaluation

By then , with my supervision, techniques, your help too, through practicing what i teach you, your stress should be reduced by 60-70% (not endless months!!)

My protocol and system that will be designed for you, can be practiced alone at home, work, and anywhere.
Another 4 session may be necessary if the progress was slower.

-After completing your program of 8 or 12 session.

Individual sessions as a follow up may be helpful , but most of my clients by then, are fully relaxed and their self esteem,  awareness  are fully stabilized .

Stress is the silent killer of this age 2018-20– ? , it’s affecting children and adolescent even more. and middle ages persons.

If i found that  your case needs real medical intervention, or You may have severe personality disorder, then this program is not suitable, and you will be referred to a neurologist, /psychiatrist/ or psychologist if your case requires it (After consultation)

The River Of Life -excerpt 2- who are we

You are not a lawyer!

You are not a doctor!

You are not a Christian!

You are not Muslim!

You are not a Hindu!

Let us try to understand what I mean.

We usually introduce ourselves or others by saying: “This is Dr. Robert. He is a lawyer”. Most of the time we all like to use labels and titles to describe who a person really is. 

From our early years of education, we start associating people with their position, their titles or status.  Slowly but surely, we then become conditioned and start to position ourselves in comparison to others.

We tend to respect people who have important positions, such as managers, C.E.Os, politicians, or heads of various organizations.

Every young boy or girl, every human being has a unique mind, brain, and heart, yet we are still very similar to any other human being.

Studying something in particular, acquiring a skill, working under a professional name, they all add to our ‘mind and intellect’. 

However, it is important not to let these things imprison you or make you feel afraid or intimidated by others.   


BREAK

Let’s take some time and try to really feel the meaning of my next words:

“I AM”.

Take a moment now to reflect on what it means to be complete.

Then you can go on and say: “I have studied X and practiced that profession as a career”. 

Outside my work, I simply “AM”. 

I look at my fellow human being with the same openness I had when I came out of the womb. 

You are not “Jad”, you are not any “one”, “title”, “persona”, or “follower”.

You simply ARE.

You can then continue the discussion with what you have studied and what you currently do (I studied medicine, I practice therapy, I pray to…etc).

This new perception will allow you to go deeper within yourself, detach yourself from titles, and allow yourself to reconnect with your core being – your pure self. 

Simply imagine it as if you would be wearing a robe that is called “a lawyer”, “a therapist”, or “an engineer”. It’s only a piece of garment!

Take it off when you’re not using it.

It will take a while for this shift to sink in but when it does, you will be in harmony with the river of life.
2. Where do you come from? 

Who are you?

From the moment the semen came into existence to this day when I am typing and you are reading this, I have been through a few miraculous changes. We often forget how amazing, magical, and spiritual these changes are.

However, if we keep on going in reverse, we will then reach a universal truth: 

We each come from our parents, our parents come from their parents, and this goes on and on until we are faced with the dilemma of Adam and Eve. If we keep going backwards, we will then see that it seems like it all comes from LIGHT. This fits in nicely with the Big Bang theory and many others. 

According to quantum physics, we know that the dissection of electrons will only lead us to LIGHT.

Everything is light! 

We are made of light!

You can’t be anything but a pure being coming from ONE SOURCE having a physical experience.

Many have used the phrase: ‘You are a spiritual being having a physical experience’, and it seems to resonate very well with people.

I’m sure most of you can understand why.

Now, let me ask you a question.

Is the little kid that you once were, that 5 year old playing outside in the garden – is he still you? Will you look the same when you are 80 years old?

Everything changes, therefore no one can define you according to your shape or appearance. Nothing is permanent.

But there must be something unchangeable, because you have known YOU since birth and throughout your life there was a constant notion of your “self”.

That is YOU.

You are the presence, the unchangeable, the one who can watch your body changing throughout years. The one who can observe your own thoughts, ideas and interactions. 

Once you start understanding this truth and stop identifying yourself with your body, your mind, your profession or the society you happen to live in – you will find your kingdom.

1. Introduction

Hello. 

Anybody there?

I know you are reading this, but that doesn’t mean that you are in this moment.

Now, I will ask you to breathe in deeply and relax your muscles. Do what you need to do to get yourself into a relaxed state of mind.

Are you relaxed?

Great. We are ready then. Switch off any mental chatter that may be lingering in your mind. 

You’re simply here with me, which is also you! 

I am you! Are there two people here, or is it only you? I guess you think that it’s only you! But actually, it is also me! 

Confused?

 Let’s set this aside for a minute.

Allow me to tell you about myself first.

I was born from a womb, hearing voices, not even recognizing that these are voices.

I saw shadows before my eyes, while not even knowing they were shadows. 

All I know is that they took away my happiness. All had been perfect: food, warmth, water, shelter, peacefulness. 

I was in Heaven!

One year later, I found out that the walking creatures were calling me “Jad”.

I had to answer back each time I heard that sound! It was unbearable at first, but then it started making me happy as these creatures were also comforting me.

A few years later, I began uttering sounds, words and phrases that had meaning. I began to understand how to deal with my parents and surroundings.

Let’s skip ahead to the future.

Finally, I had a religion! I also had a name and a personality, which I learned from my father mother, neighbors and relatives.

I had a nationality, a school and a great surprise as well:

“To know my politicians and my enemies”.

Everything was perfectly set up. I was the product and the product was now ready for society!

A few years passed and I sensed that something was not right. 

Some of the things that I have learned shocked and confused me.

I discovered that some people were against my beliefs. Many people had different religions and values. A lot of them had strange names. 

Some people were on my side, while others were against me. There was also jealousy and competition and … wait!

Isn’t this your story as well?

Back to you and I, the reader and the writer. Was I not different from you at the beginning? Or were we the same? 

That’s the story of each human being brought into this life, and that’s how our stories go.

But through all this “ready–made-product” which is called “me” or “my personality”, I have managed to find a deeper meaning through sounds and imagination that is music. I can assure you this was not imposed.

I discovered a higher truth, a passion for discovering life and the answers to the two questions: “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?”.

My love for music and that invisible sensation of something intangible but still present, ignited in me a deeper desire to try to understand the vast universe and the purpose of life itself.

A journey of seeking, exploration, discovery, experiencing and traveling began (and way too much mental analysis!), until I finally said enough!

I have learned enough. It’s now time to un-learn and take my mind and myself back to that beautiful womb where it all started!

How to releive anxiety / depression in 5 steps

Anxiety and depression

Reading these 2 words alone…create a big struggle in our mind,
The whole world feels collapsing :
-some may feel a more negative aspect which is to retreat more from life.
-some may feel a desire to get out of them.

The bad news :
If we don’t find a fast solution first.
Then we solve the big roots,chance are that this will stay in our minds and thus creating bigger pshychological and physical problems.
Healing will need longer time.

The good news
You can do something about it and feal immediate results with the short 5 tips.
No matter what,don’t doubt or analyse the following,it s with great experience and results that i’m offering these 5 simple steps.

1-anxiety mostly hides repressed anger,u may be feeling fear or anxiety but it s most probably hidden anger about un resolved issues or feeling that you deserve better future.
  -unleash the beast within.
    Go to your room quickly,close the door.
   Start hitting hard the pillow and move your body as you re
   Wrestling someone..u may feel tired at first,give it 60 second and the energy inside of u will come out..keep doin whatever u wanna do.
Shout (in a pilow,if u dont wanna make noise)
Keep hitting hard until u feel the beast has arisen.
This beast will kill the fear and allow the hidden emotions to become unleashed…kick..scream.move..be a fool..jump..
After 5-10 min..when you become exhausted…drop on the floor  lay down as a corpse..breath from your belly…allow your energy to settle..keep a gentle smile on your face.
Accept what u are..and that the universe won t leave u lonely.
U are never alone.
Keep breathing for 5-10 min.
Another 10 min.u start dancing smoothly (prepare music)
Move as an elegant dancer the way u feel.(gently)
Don t become hyper.

2-keep doing number 1 daily for couple of weeks.
    Start incorporating  brisk walks..20-40 min.
    Be in nature..if u cant just anywhere not that noisy.
    Try to tell your mind I AM HERE AND NOW.there is no past.
   And i dont know the future. Oberve the trees..roads..cats..anything. watch and observe..remind your mind not to drift.
  
3-open youtube..learn some basic yoga stretching and stretch in the morning and before bed.
Opening the spine..will release mental tension.
Don t go for advance postures.

4-write on a single paper your negative thoughts..and then flip them back to the opposite in positive.
E.g: I fear i wont get money=money comes to me in many sources.
People judge me for my situation=i accept my life as it is and i am working on it.
Etc.
Write the 10 most negative phrases you feel.
Flip them into positive..keep only the positive.
Read this 5 times morning and night

5-look within in these following areas
  1.physical shape
   2-finacial situation and work
   3-relation ships (family,love,friends)
    4-mental/intellectual state (what would u like to acheive more )
   5-spiritual

   Grade your self in each category from a scale of 1 to 10 (worse to best)
Look at your grades.
Say to your self what can i do so easily to improve some of my states?

Pray and meditate more.

Number 1 and 2 are a fast quick solutions .for panic cases.

Accept the way u are,beleive in a brighter future.

Applying these 5 solutions daily will eliminate (40-60%)
Of your anxieties and depression symptoms.

If u wanna  continue to reach deep and ever lasting changes.
U have 2 solutions.
If you became strong enough and you are aware enough..
You can buy good self help books and read a lot.

If u feel u need more support.
U have to seek counseling to continue for better results.
Or a good life and health coach.
Your body and mind are one.

Follow up for religion discussion (my previous post)

Religions have been the most contraversery subjects through human awarness and evolution.
Judeo-chirstian-islamic philosophies have been there to try to proove an omnipotent god who rules everything.
But of course..each is right!..and the others are wrong !!

They went into details and stories that made this thing worse..
No denying that these religions helped many beleivers ,but also created hatred among others and inside their selves..
Again seeking god..was sought to be just by books…

On the other hand the vedas-hindus-tao and buddhism
Explores and feel that all is one..not ruled by ONE.

Surpisingly science is on their sides…
Molecules..atoms..electrons…light!..hence all is one…

Although some hints exists in the first group of religions.
But it was too personalized that people became stuck in endless multitude of stories…trying to fight each others over earthly rules .

From my personal experience and research..one should not force his mind into deleting all beliefs..
(Btw atheists are only another proof for god.thus i didnt mention their approach.)

Our mind gets confortable seeking the unknown when using a specific set of approach and beleifs that has been imprinted in our minds or even our dna…due to our ancestors behaviour..,our own education…teachings…parents..society..entourage etc…

Some people when realizing that they no longer buy certain beleifs..(logically) ..after they try harder liberating them self..they find it almost impossible..or too scary.

The best way is to keeo flowing with your own beleifs if it s hard to let go..while using other religions techniques…

This will ease the mind into unblocking few obstructions to explore the unknown.

I know that many will say..the mind is everything and all spirituality is a chemistry behaviour…
Ok!…then who from the first place added this chemistry into your being..
So it s an added reason to follow this chemistry..yes it may be the spirituality..and may be given differently to each individual.

Instead of torturing our selves in finding out whether chemistry or the soul is there…who can tell the difference?

The mind just works by adapting to signals..and doesnt have eyes or ears…the reality and dream state are ONE.

Humans have discovered one proof !
Silence!!! is the key to a relaxed state…so why not use that from any religion..then our experience will tell us what way is possible.

But batteling each other against names and prooving the other wrong..irritate our mind state.
So this is not the right way.

In resume :following our prophets..or messiah or god or science..are all correct…nothing is wrong..except seeing wrong results…then u should stop..and shift your perception.

It s definitly much easier and natural to say

Depression and anxiety ,psychotic disorders

In a world where the unknown is a trend.
And question marks arises from everywhere…
Where we can all connect and not even touch each other..(scary huh?! 🙂  )
Depression and anxiety are becoming more obvious.

Human beings are made of flesh..blood..oxygene…water…hence??….we re made from the same stuff of nature.

What makes us different than animals except our minds?
Nothing.
The answer is obvious :spending more time at nature.
Touching trees…flowers…running…sweating…breathing.

Keep a plant locked in a room..it will die.
Keep an animal locked…he ll go mad!!,
Why shouldnt we?

Unfortunately we re solving mind issues while playing with mind substances…
Prozac..seroxat..ssri..benzo..drugs..stress pill…

I recomend going wild and nuts before u go really nut.
A great ancient technique is to unleash our repressed thoughts for 20 min daily or less…by screaming
Dancing..being a child for a while..making noises…
Being one with our inner.

This will prevent madness to be stored in our cellular level.
Once it s deeply stored…it may be hard to stop.

And then we would enter a vicious cycle..of drugs…vs calmness.

Regain your birth right…before u sell it to the society.
