DANGEROUS,Is the Matrix Coming soon? (WARNING)

As we’re noticing. Gadgets are innovated and refined each day, each hour.
And not any gadgets! AI machines with ability to replace us further and further.
Who does wake up without reaching his phone to check the amount of likes?
In a matter of 1 min our head will be loaded in over 50 subjects.

10 15 years before. We use to wake up, with our coffee besides our bed, or juices,
Some people prayed, some reflects, other may read slowly the news paper.
It was boring? I wanna ask u now… are u bored? I see the yes in your heads..
Boredom comes from fast information , leaving you no room for patience, improvement and passion.

Now that products such as virtual technology such occulus and others will start soon to get modified and upgraded.

Your full clothing will be smart! And we’re getting dumber.
Smart phone, smart glasses, smart watch, smart pants, smart cars, smart boxers!!?, hell yeah !

What’s the purpose? Did u ever think for a moment if we re locked into a screen and virtual world. Why do we need to walk, see, drive, explore and discover things?
It s all there! We just need to search!

So soon your activity will be meaningless.
Prepare your self, for big boxes where u ll be wired with cables and dream and see a virutal world. Typically like matrix.

It s called surrendering of humanity, no use for evolution!

The people who created the matrix saw it all.
It s all there. A matter of 20-40 years and the coundown of the population will start.
That’s the whole point. To stop humanity.
First cause humanity prooved that it couldn t reach 1% of what enlightened master taught us.
We failed and became monster of wars.
No spiritual advancement.

The secret families that are co trolling the world, had 2 choice.
Either to initiate a word war 3..which is still probable.
Or kill humanity slowly with machines.

But the real real need is to find immortality!
Expectation to transmit your neural brain into an artificial inteligence is the dreams of all powerful lusting people.

If your brain data and awarness was transmitted
It will proove that the word “soul” doesn t exist.

For all who want to remain sane, including me!
Your only sanctuary would be nature,
Talking to trees, herbs, flowers..

How to releive anxiety / depression in 5 steps

Anxiety and depression

Reading these 2 words alone…create a big struggle in our mind,
The whole world feels collapsing :
-some may feel a more negative aspect which is to retreat more from life.
-some may feel a desire to get out of them.

The bad news :
If we don’t find a fast solution first.
Then we solve the big roots,chance are that this will stay in our minds and thus creating bigger pshychological and physical problems.
Healing will need longer time.

The good news
You can do something about it and feal immediate results with the short 5 tips.
No matter what,don’t doubt or analyse the following,it s with great experience and results that i’m offering these 5 simple steps.

1-anxiety mostly hides repressed anger,u may be feeling fear or anxiety but it s most probably hidden anger about un resolved issues or feeling that you deserve better future.
  -unleash the beast within.
    Go to your room quickly,close the door.
   Start hitting hard the pillow and move your body as you re
   Wrestling someone..u may feel tired at first,give it 60 second and the energy inside of u will come out..keep doin whatever u wanna do.
Shout (in a pilow,if u dont wanna make noise)
Keep hitting hard until u feel the beast has arisen.
This beast will kill the fear and allow the hidden emotions to become unleashed…kick..scream.move..be a fool..jump..
After 5-10 min..when you become exhausted…drop on the floor  lay down as a corpse..breath from your belly…allow your energy to settle..keep a gentle smile on your face.
Accept what u are..and that the universe won t leave u lonely.
U are never alone.
Keep breathing for 5-10 min.
Another 10 min.u start dancing smoothly (prepare music)
Move as an elegant dancer the way u feel.(gently)
Don t become hyper.

2-keep doing number 1 daily for couple of weeks.
    Start incorporating  brisk walks..20-40 min.
    Be in nature..if u cant just anywhere not that noisy.
    Try to tell your mind I AM HERE AND NOW.there is no past.
   And i dont know the future. Oberve the trees..roads..cats..anything. watch and observe..remind your mind not to drift.
  
3-open youtube..learn some basic yoga stretching and stretch in the morning and before bed.
Opening the spine..will release mental tension.
Don t go for advance postures.

4-write on a single paper your negative thoughts..and then flip them back to the opposite in positive.
E.g: I fear i wont get money=money comes to me in many sources.
People judge me for my situation=i accept my life as it is and i am working on it.
Etc.
Write the 10 most negative phrases you feel.
Flip them into positive..keep only the positive.
Read this 5 times morning and night

5-look within in these following areas
  1.physical shape
   2-finacial situation and work
   3-relation ships (family,love,friends)
    4-mental/intellectual state (what would u like to acheive more )
   5-spiritual

   Grade your self in each category from a scale of 1 to 10 (worse to best)
Look at your grades.
Say to your self what can i do so easily to improve some of my states?

Pray and meditate more.

Number 1 and 2 are a fast quick solutions .for panic cases.

Accept the way u are,beleive in a brighter future.

Applying these 5 solutions daily will eliminate (40-60%)
Of your anxieties and depression symptoms.

If u wanna  continue to reach deep and ever lasting changes.
U have 2 solutions.
If you became strong enough and you are aware enough..
You can buy good self help books and read a lot.

If u feel u need more support.
U have to seek counseling to continue for better results.
Or a good life and health coach.
Your body and mind are one.

Confusion

Dear Friends, and followers

been a while i haven’t wrote something and shared.

i have been personally in an emotional roller coaster, and everything seem stuck for a while,

i thought to share my story rather than keep advising about different matters.

we re all humans. it’s not cause i studied law of attraction and positive thoughts and health and many ancient traditions,that i can’t

bit tired for a while or trapped in my own thoughts or repetitive circle.

in such moments, i acknowledge my feelings, become aware of them, i did make a fuss about them.

but now it’s time to re produce what was effective and to be conscious of any thought i’m throwing out.

if there s too much load,, it’s a sign that u need to meditate deeply,

with all this economical crisis and people trying out everything and you have to fit in the society,one can get caught up in this social media constantly 24/7 , with a bombardments  of thoughts.

 

1-stop

2-breathe

3-meditate/ pray

4-listen to your body what it needs

5-attract again what you have been missing with good targeting

p.s to attract good, we must be in the picture we visualize not be outside of it watching it. (DAILY)

6-patience :things come in the most unexpected times.

it’s been a year i have been re shaping my whole life, even though i came across big success,

but it’s time to focus on what i really want and how can i serve the others through it

for me it was always through music and big concerts, classical-modern such as yanni. and the benefits can go to charity events

and  continue to do my normal session follow up person to person via skype and i get happy helping others as much a i can.

we all can pass by different circumstances and possibilities, but careful not to wonder much.

A bit of medicine

Medicine…
I would like to start by a simple fact..

We survive and live by bread and water.
Maybe also another element…
And it s enough for our trillions of cell and atoms
And all body functions to continue regenerating.
But!
We need 1000 medicine from the pharmacy to heal for 1000 issue..
Isnt weird???

U wanna be healed? Take care of your stomach and thoughts.
In other words :nutrition and mind.
Our second brain as the chinese calls it is our stomach
Where most of our organs resides..and all our emotional
Residues.
Get away from all package foods, walk..circulate your blood
And allow for proper  breathing.
Your body will automatically start restoring it s health.

Simplify your foods..
Be one with what the existence created you,
Water..oxygene..etc..
Little by little your body will heal it self.

Or else symptoms will keep appearing..
But the root is one..stomach..brain!

Also our stomach is linked with our back and vice versa
Solid and flexible back with a clean gut are the root of a solid body temple..
In that temple..the spirit will sit.
The more it s clean and ready…the more u can be one with the whole.
