Finding meaning in a world of chaos

I won’t hide under the shallow layers of positive quotes.

I know i’m speaking on behalf of many persons who tries hiding into doubtful meanings in this world of Chaos

By nature I observe a lot ,being a musician sensing subtle emotions ….also by analysing the Minds of people and trying to observe “not identify” the nature of the mind, I see people around me talking ,speaking, acting, behaving without any clue of what they are doing.

Through years of practicing life coaching, mentoring I have been listening to people which many of you would think they are extremely positive and by seeing their profile on Facebook, you would think that their lives are amazing.

sadly ..me and many colleagues of my profession or similar like psychologists, know the real truth within the psyche of the human being especially nowadays

or let me say after the rise of the digital age and the fake connection of people ,we are losing emotions and feelings day after day.

But many of us in the mental health profession,or “peace” guiders enjoy the rise of sadness and are completly off track..

Instead of acting upon these dark minds and thriving to make a change, some thrive to keep their clients in the dark to prosper financially , after all …these “helpers” have no meaning also.

Notice how religious talks are rising again which is not wrong but why now ?and massively !

I will tell you why: it’s because the human being is facing a dead-end in his meaning of life…

when you try to see the world through the lens of your mobile phone, visiting countries ,talking to unknown people not knowing the difference between a robot and human being,

chatting endlessly with fake friends creating new ones blocking other ones.. thus… deep down in your self you know that the individual has no more meaning (including your self)

which is the basic reason of this article..

Religions ,priests, dogmas, afterlife talks, are rising to try to give us a meaning by going back to our ancestors to solicit our being for finding a meaning after this physical life,

because apparently this “modern/hectic/business life is no longer giving a passion or a reason to continue living it with some joy or happiness,

or let me say it in another way : with no more patience and thrill to discover new things.

Trying to live to feed our kids in order for them to raise their own kids and both are speeding up a chaotic life where running blindly is all what is left, in other words “Death”

Where is the beauty in all that?

you may hide and act positively and try to behave as if nothing is wrong ,

but deep inside your soul is dark and you know there is no way out unless a real meaning emerge from this chaos.

We’re indeed standing at the junction of two Roads :

one that is completely obscure, dark and meaningless

and another one which may still give us a chance by asking deeply these questions :

who am I why ?

Why did I came on Earth,

what is the true meaning behind this life ?

what are the Hidden Secrets of this life?

and yes .. religions can give you partially many answers because all this divine wisdom from our Masters and Prophets left a trace so we can follow it .

that doesn’t mean that religion speaks full truth and has the only solution .

but it’s inviting you again to break down this horizontal timeline which is called birth and death and find the crosspoint,

the cross of Resurrection which is called the vertical line cracking this horizontal line ..,

this symbol of Jesus crucifixion is the Eternal Life and by Symbol I’m speaking now psychologically so that many people can understand my point ,

so kindly do not understand my statement as a denial of the Christian Faith ..that’s not the subject for now!

Once we find a meaning in a timeless zone , clarity will shine,and meaning will rise .

all we have to do is to slow down and watch out from this prison called “social media”, which myself and millions have been trapped in it .

I invite you all to break from this prison because soon.. and by soon I mean within 10 or 20 years statistics are showing that the ratio of suicide will rise among teenagers by 20 to 30%.

you can check the facts!!!…

indeed we missed the ancient times where meaning ,joy ,bliss were not far away from our Shadows ,they were actually our Shadows !

let me list a set of statements that can help us regain some clarity and passion in our hearts:

1- visit a friend don’t chat with him

2- care once a week about helping a person

3-practice a form of ritual spiritually and love yourself.

4- remember to visit your parents ask about them .

5-spend quality time with your children

6-enjoy being in nature

7-open a book not a tablet

8-smile as much as you can and observe the wonders of this life

9- live your day as if it’s your last one.

10- try to reconciliate people with love interfere where there is hatred

11- remember that all your loved ones will be missed one day,..or gone.

12- don’t take life too seriously

13- enjoy artistic value, build your inner soul

14- love God ,life and the universe as you never did

15-finish your day with gratitude

your life is a meaning into itself

,it’s a meaning for all beings not just humans, even to nature.

when we all act and think in this way ,the word meaning will dissolve and “bliss” will reside !!..

My advice for chaotic and/or narrowed life perception


When i face clients day after day, 

And all i see is disorganized lives , narrow minds , and inability to perceive the broad spectrum of what LIFE is.

Spouse, relation issues, will remain issues UNTIL one recognize

That it’s not all about our spouse or partner.

If your idea of marriage is to watch each other and analyse the hell of your partner , this will be the mission of your life.

Well guess what? You will destroy it even faster.

When i ask them about their physical health, or dieting (by the way i hate this word). We re simply coming back to mother earth s food.

Some obsess in the minute of what to eat what time, and all their lives revolves around that

Guess what ..no result.

In life and health/stress coaching.

I look at the person as an individual (mind body soul)

And remember , we are social beings too.

Although we need our alone time too.

Physically :besides food what do u do as activites? Nothing

Mentally : what book are u reading, what seminar are u participating in?,

Any plan for the next 3 month or 1 year..? ( well..)….no!

Work finances :are u ok with it? Do u know how to handle it?

And plan for a new career, upgrade, or new business ?

(Not not at all, there is no work in the country

I agree

How many cvs did u apply for?

Zero, or 1,2.

– Well maybe after 10 25 20 25 cv u will find!!

Just don t assume.(and btw most of them settle down and do not try anything)

Relations : are u seeing friends, trying to socialize besides this great FB?

Well it s hard work etc… so again a NO.

Spirituality : how’s your link with god? Inner peace, daily aloness time?

Again..he/she doesn’t have time.

“We make time!” (Just cutback 2 hours of chat and social media)

Unless u want “time” to make u crippled physically or psychologically

All your life.

When we start being held accountable for all decisions in all these realms/pillars. Life will open up..

Problems will vanish.your life will have a great range of harmony.

Of course each pilar has its own exercices.

But my point is to make sure the person get a new perspecrive based on what god made him

Creativity, sports,fun, work, reading, listening to nice music

Etc etc.

This is the best approach that makes me heal my clients or actually they became healed.

what is Stress Coaching

Stress coaching, allows me to see you as a Whole, as a Person who have been enduring stress for years, months or weeks, and checked with his DR, or Psychiatrist, or psychologist,

either they didn’t’ find a Reason for your Stress, or couldn’t Manage to get you out of it

My roles comes in the following systematic approach, that combines, mind, body, emotions, and nutrition through the following

1-Understanding what stress is

2-Regulate your nutrition

3-Through assessment and questionnaire and Checking your type of thinking/personality, I would know more about you.

4-Two sessions will be locked for you to unleash all your thoughts, “pure discussion”

PS :  i am not someone who will follow u as a psychoanalyst, or psychotherapist and continue just by talk-therapy. My philosophy and protocol have different beliefs and proof ,that stress should not be handled from 1 angle. If you feel that you need to simply talk for endless months ,then psychotherapy is your choice.

5-the rest of the sessions is about applying the modern techniques through coaching and new mind-body science, such NLP, EFT, TIME line therapy, and many others to help you start re wiring your brain for a better psychology

6-Body movement, such as basic stretching focusing on  the critical body-points that helps release the endorphins, and allow restoration of a great body circulation (oxygen, blood)

7-Breathing techniques, which allows you to cleanse, and to take control of your mind, thoughts, and emotions by simply allowing not forcing it!

+Unleashing anger through bio dynamic exercises

8-Body therapies , “Sacro-cranial” and “trigger point” which work in parallel during your healing sessions.

All these, form a program of 8 to 12 session. MAX! and the results are way more than 60-70% on one condition! that exercises, sheets, and any given discipline/necessary advice should be followed and practiced from session to session.

1-Consultation :

I will identify your needs whether it’s a goal you’re not capable of achieving, or chronic stress that you are stuck with since years, Or also rise awareness in you, before  symptoms gets out of control.

If your case matches my protocol and you feel conformable

,
A program of 8 session through one month will be designed
A-4 session during 2 week
-evaluation
B-4 sessions During the next 2 weeks
-evaluation

By then , with my supervision, techniques, your help too, through practicing what i teach you, your stress should be reduced by 60-70% (not endless months!!)

My protocol and system that will be designed for you, can be practiced alone at home, work, and anywhere.
Another 4 session may be necessary if the progress was slower.

-After completing your program of 8 or 12 session.

Individual sessions as a follow up may be helpful , but most of my clients by then, are fully relaxed and their self esteem,  awareness  are fully stabilized .

Stress is the silent killer of this age 2018-20– ? , it’s affecting children and adolescent even more. and middle ages persons.

Lonely In A World Of Friends ? 

Hi There,

The title shocked you, or else you would’nt be reading it.

Who can imagine ,that among thousand of “friends” followers, fans… well…no one is there.

As soon as the casual quote,joke , news sharing finishes…

No one seems to care.

You’re faced with a brb.

Real friends =20 10 5 3  2

That s how the virtual number of friends is stacking up. While numbers of close people keeps shrinking..

Let me tell you..  stop discussing matters over the phone.

At least if you hear someone s soul, go sit with him.

Hide or unhide your blue ticks,

Put any status.

But remember that someone is a human being from flesh and bones , has a soul too.

Reduce your sympathy emoticons.

Go give a real hug.

Open up.

Pretty soon , there won t be anyone there .

Just dead souls , typing characters.

Life is worth living , feeling , touching ,loving.

Why STRESS  is rapidly Rising ?

Stress is definitely growing not only due to economic turmoil.

Although it s a major reason, old jobs are vanishing, new jobs are being created through only digital media, which is creating a ferocious competition and creating both legal and illegal ways of business.

Businesses, services, selling products, news and media, are not anymore a legit way to compare between professionals and scammers

.stress is rising among this crazy domain.

But my point here is to spot light on another major issue :

De-socializing! And mistrust between humans, and the ability of switching friends in a virtual world confused with a real world.

People are loosing compassion, love, patience, aggressiveness is rising because everyone thinks he/she has a secluded world full of friends .

We can turn down friends, speak unethically towards each others….why?

The “screen” of hatred is protecting us.

It takes few buttons to judge, criticize and even curse each other concerning any topic.

Politics, religions, science, business…

Shallow minds are on the rise, our ability to read intellectual articles is decreasing rapidly.

 The fantasy of scrolling down the FB or tweets and hearing all, seeing all, merging with all, knowing each topic in the world, created in us empty beings with sick shadows.

It literally sucked all the love among human beings.

As a stress therapist I see it rising in a dangerous way.

Statistics showing that 30  to 50% of people are living on drugs, addictions, using anti-depressant and other.

Solution:

Daring to leave your phone 2 days without any internet connection.

Turn off wifi and mobile data!!

If u use it for your business it s different.

But being bombarded daily by useless chats will destroy your life. And it is already … !

Each week choose 1 or 2 days to switch off from  this fantasy world.

Try to call someone using that green dial pad?! If you remember it !!??

.

Walk more in nature, pray, meditate,

Go visit a friend.

Become a human once again,!!

I’m trying to be optimistic but the truth is: what s coming in the next few years will shock us all! 

It s the era of new forms of humans, new forms of android, robots that will take over. 

I m not being delusional creating sci-fi stories!

But i see them being constructed.

Dig little bit and recognize that the era of humans started the reverse count down…!

Drop your phones just few days a week..maybe there will be a chance 

Until then,  our new master is called :

“STRESS”.

5 tips to avoid panick attacks

Panick attacks are a manifestation of a burst of repressed emotions that comes in waves in expected and un expected ways.
Some days or hours we may feel it s coming.
So here s what to do for quick solutions

1-before that moment in case predictable,
    One must release anger and scream loud or in the pillow
    And move his body intesively for 5-10 min.
    Panick attack is repressed anger and not fear it self.
    We mostly endure these waves due to blockages of unleashed emotions.

2-keep bananas,dark chocolate,chashew nuts (roasted or organic) your daily friend. It raises the good hormones
Specially serotonin..responsable for serenity and feeling at ease.

3 -20-30 min of daily activity..(walking..deep breathing,swiming )

4-if the panick hits u… punch the bed..start punching severly be stronger than the fear..it will disapear.

5-stretching daily and doing regular physical therapy.
Is a must for anxious persons.

Lot of herbs as valerian,kava kava,
Magnesium and vitamin b6 (preferably to take all the b s)
Will enhance the immune system.

That s for releiving quick symptoms..
But the root must be fixed either by self awarness and reading books and getting enlightened and training our brains to rewire for different thoughts.

And /or we need the help of psychotherapist
Or life coach depending on severity.

Keep consulting your doctor.

Just a funny thing:
Lock a cat or a dog for too long he will go weird and become maniac or aggressive or fearful.
He needs nature…walk..freedom…releif.

We re not robots.
We are biological beings.
Unlock your self daily from screens..offices..home..social media..and experience your own nature with nature.

How to releive anxiety / depression in 5 steps

Anxiety and depression

Reading these 2 words alone…create a big struggle in our mind,
The whole world feels collapsing :
-some may feel a more negative aspect which is to retreat more from life.
-some may feel a desire to get out of them.

The bad news :
If we don’t find a fast solution first.
Then we solve the big roots,chance are that this will stay in our minds and thus creating bigger pshychological and physical problems.
Healing will need longer time.

The good news
You can do something about it and feal immediate results with the short 5 tips.
No matter what,don’t doubt or analyse the following,it s with great experience and results that i’m offering these 5 simple steps.

1-anxiety mostly hides repressed anger,u may be feeling fear or anxiety but it s most probably hidden anger about un resolved issues or feeling that you deserve better future.
  -unleash the beast within.
    Go to your room quickly,close the door.
   Start hitting hard the pillow and move your body as you re
   Wrestling someone..u may feel tired at first,give it 60 second and the energy inside of u will come out..keep doin whatever u wanna do.
Shout (in a pilow,if u dont wanna make noise)
Keep hitting hard until u feel the beast has arisen.
This beast will kill the fear and allow the hidden emotions to become unleashed…kick..scream.move..be a fool..jump..
After 5-10 min..when you become exhausted…drop on the floor  lay down as a corpse..breath from your belly…allow your energy to settle..keep a gentle smile on your face.
Accept what u are..and that the universe won t leave u lonely.
U are never alone.
Keep breathing for 5-10 min.
Another 10 min.u start dancing smoothly (prepare music)
Move as an elegant dancer the way u feel.(gently)
Don t become hyper.

2-keep doing number 1 daily for couple of weeks.
    Start incorporating  brisk walks..20-40 min.
    Be in nature..if u cant just anywhere not that noisy.
    Try to tell your mind I AM HERE AND NOW.there is no past.
   And i dont know the future. Oberve the trees..roads..cats..anything. watch and observe..remind your mind not to drift.
  
3-open youtube..learn some basic yoga stretching and stretch in the morning and before bed.
Opening the spine..will release mental tension.
Don t go for advance postures.

4-write on a single paper your negative thoughts..and then flip them back to the opposite in positive.
E.g: I fear i wont get money=money comes to me in many sources.
People judge me for my situation=i accept my life as it is and i am working on it.
Etc.
Write the 10 most negative phrases you feel.
Flip them into positive..keep only the positive.
Read this 5 times morning and night

5-look within in these following areas
  1.physical shape
   2-finacial situation and work
   3-relation ships (family,love,friends)
    4-mental/intellectual state (what would u like to acheive more )
   5-spiritual

   Grade your self in each category from a scale of 1 to 10 (worse to best)
Look at your grades.
Say to your self what can i do so easily to improve some of my states?

Pray and meditate more.

Number 1 and 2 are a fast quick solutions .for panic cases.

Accept the way u are,beleive in a brighter future.

Applying these 5 solutions daily will eliminate (40-60%)
Of your anxieties and depression symptoms.

If u wanna  continue to reach deep and ever lasting changes.
U have 2 solutions.
If you became strong enough and you are aware enough..
You can buy good self help books and read a lot.

If u feel u need more support.
U have to seek counseling to continue for better results.
Or a good life and health coach.
Your body and mind are one.

Depression and anxiety ,psychotic disorders

In a world where the unknown is a trend.
And question marks arises from everywhere…
Where we can all connect and not even touch each other..(scary huh?! 🙂  )
Depression and anxiety are becoming more obvious.

Human beings are made of flesh..blood..oxygene…water…hence??….we re made from the same stuff of nature.

What makes us different than animals except our minds?
Nothing.
The answer is obvious :spending more time at nature.
Touching trees…flowers…running…sweating…breathing.

Keep a plant locked in a room..it will die.
Keep an animal locked…he ll go mad!!,
Why shouldnt we?

Unfortunately we re solving mind issues while playing with mind substances…
Prozac..seroxat..ssri..benzo..drugs..stress pill…

I recomend going wild and nuts before u go really nut.
A great ancient technique is to unleash our repressed thoughts for 20 min daily or less…by screaming
Dancing..being a child for a while..making noises…
Being one with our inner.

This will prevent madness to be stored in our cellular level.
Once it s deeply stored…it may be hard to stop.

And then we would enter a vicious cycle..of drugs…vs calmness.

Regain your birth right…before u sell it to the society.
